Default Asterisk and AtlasVoice

I currently use AtlasVoice as the VSP. I have a Sipura 2002 that my analog phones connect to. I am getting bad voice quality even though I have 1Mbit U and 10Mbit D connectivity. I think QoS needs to come into the picture. My ISP has QoS capabilities. The 2002 does not tag packets with QoS flags. The PC that I use for Asterisk (AsteriskNOW Beta 6) has two cards in it that allow me to connect two analog lines into (line 1, line 2). How do I configure Asterisk to connect to my provider? Is QoS automatically turned on?

If nobody knows about AtlasVoice, then could I get some tips on just adding a generic proxy and login?
