Default Allowing call back from a queue

Is there a way I can offer a callback option for people waiting in a queue? Perhaps if anyone was waiting for say more than 2 minutes for an agent to answer the call and assuming that they have not withheld their number, they could be given an option to press a key on their keypad. This would then allow them to hang up and not loose their positionin the queue. When they get to the top of the queue the system could dial them back and then connect them to an agent.
