Default "all circuits are busy now" message

Hi I have just uncoverd an other problem with my setup. I have insalled AAH 2.2, and an account with axvoice. I get the "all circuits are busy now" message when I attempt to call certin mobile numbers. Now whats strange is that I have tried to call 4 different cell numbers (all with the same carrier Fido), I get the message on 3 of them but one of them always connects.

Any ideas?

Great, thanks for your ideas. It seems to be working now, so I'm not really sure why it wasn't before.

I am wondering if this is some type of bug in A@H 2.2...I did not ever have it until I went to 2.2...now I get it from time to time and it's not the carrier...the message is in Allison's voice....I just hang up and redial and the call completes.
