202 number called me

Default 202 number called me
just tryin to figure out who it was exactly.. some help would be appreciated
202-552-6895 says 'wash dc call', but as i've noticed someone here was playnw with some 202-552-0000 numbers

honeslty, i dont know how it all works.. just figured someone here might
drop me a note.. honorablepassion on yahoo..

That looks like a Skype call. Usually they block the caller ID, but on some DIDs which still pass the Calling Number, you'll see that number, which is Skypes outgoing trunk number.
